About me:
Hi, I’m Michelle! I’ve been lucky enough to work in this amazing industry for over 30 years (time really does fly!). My background includes years of experience in sales and customer service across digital locks, locksmith products, hardware, and door handles and I often travel across the U.K. and Northern Ireland, building relationships and spreading the good word about Codelocks and our Hub Community wherever I go.
I’m incredibly passionate about the architectural ironmongery sector, and I love how infectious that enthusiasm can be, especially when engaging in training sessions or Hub activities. I truly believe I have the best job in the world, and there’s nothing more rewarding than turning potential into long-lasting loyalty.
Outside of work, you’ll find me unwinding with yoga, supporting local charities, enjoying a cozy evening with Netflix, a jigsaw puzzle or a good book.
