The AI Specification Awards 2026 winners have now been announced
Organised by the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) in conjunction with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the biennial AI Specification Awards identify and reward excellence in the specification of architectural ironmongery in the construction industry.
The 2026 awards ceremony took place on Friday 15 May 2026 at IET London: Savoy Place, bringing together architects, architectural ironmongers, manufacturers and project teams to celebrate the very best in the industry.
Following judging across the award categories, The Riverside, Fulham Football Club by Stuart Forbes Associates and Allgood Ltd was named the Winner of Winners, sponsored by GEZE UK. Selected from all of this year’s project category winners, the project was recognised as the standout specification of the awards.
