GAI members are invited to join us for networking and coffee from 10.00 BST, with the formal proceedings of the AGM beginning at 10.30.
Following the conclusion of the formal AGM there will be an open forum, followed by a panel discussion on two key topics: the design responsibilities of being an architectural ironmonger on a construction project; and how we as an industry can look to raise the bar in competence now that the Building Safety Bill has received Royal Assent and is now an Act of Parliament. GAI Technical Manager Douglas Masterson will be joined by Richard Harral (Technical Director, CABE), Kate May (Managing Director, Elite Architectural Ironmongery Ltd), Iain McIlwee (Chief Executive, Finishes and Interiors Sector), and Michael Spoors (Managing Director, Norseal Ltd).
The event will conclude with a sandwich lunch for all registered attendees.
