The AGM will start at 10:30 BST and is expected to last no more than 30 minutes. 

The AGM will receive the 2023/24 annual accounts for adoption, and hear a report from the Treasurer. Vacant positions on the Guild's Executive Committee will also be filled, with a vote taken in the event that there are more nominations than available places (see below). 

Please note that while this event is open to all GAI members, only full company members are eligible to vote during the formal AGM proceedings. The agenda and supporting papers for the AGM have been sent by email to company members. Voting during the AGM will be carried out using an electronic system, with details on the agenda.
